Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not a source of income. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Do not use money you need for rent, bills or other essential expenses.
Set limits on time and money
Before you play, set a fixed budget and a maximum playing time. Take regular breaks and do not try to win back losses by placing more bets.
In your account settings, you can activate a time reminder after 60, 90 or 180 minutes. It shows how long your current session has lasted; it does not end your session automatically.
Time-out and self-exclusion
Under «My Account → Settings», you can take a time-out for one day, three days or one week. During the break, logging in, playing, deposits and withdrawals are blocked. The account is automatically reactivated when the period ends.
You can request indefinite self-exclusion by emailing minocasino support. While self-excluded, you cannot log in, play, deposit or withdraw. Support can help with questions about any remaining balance. A restriction must not be bypassed by opening a new account.
Take warning signs seriously
If you spend more money or time than planned, hide your gambling or borrow money to gamble, taking a break can help. If you feel you are losing control or gambling is affecting everyday life, an independent support service can help you and your family.
Independent support
SOS Spielsucht: In Switzerland, free and anonymous telephone support is available around the clock on 0800 040 080. The service also provides information and regional counselling options.
Gambling Therapy: Online support for gambling-related problems. You can chat in writing with an adviser through the live support service.
Protecting minors
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Login details must not be shared with minors. On shared devices, separate user accounts and parental controls can help restrict access to gambling services.
