Your name, date of birth, address and contact details must be accurate. Report any errors in your account details to support. Login details must not be shared.

Identity, address and payment documents may be requested for account verification. Any required verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Additional documents may extend processing times.

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using cards or payment accounts that belong to you. Withdrawals are generally returned via the deposit method; if that method is not available for withdrawals, another method may be specified. Minimum amounts, withdrawal limits and possible fees depend on the payment method, account status and loyalty level.

Each bonus is subject to its own activation period, validity period, wagering requirement, eligible games and maximum bet. Only one bonus can be active at a time. Winnings from bonuses may be subject to additional withdrawal limits.

If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any winnings generated from it will be cancelled. Only the remaining withdrawable balance will then be available for withdrawal.

Fraud, collusion, multiple accounts and bonus abuse are prohibited. Breaches may result in account suspension and the cancellation of affected bonuses or winnings. Each game is subject to its own rules and paytables.

Questions, complaints and account closure requests can be sent to minocasino support. You can also request self-exclusion there. A time-out or self-exclusion must not be bypassed.

The English version of the accepted Terms and Conditions governs the contractual relationship with the casino. If there are differences between language versions, the English version takes precedence.
